Microsoft "SNARF"

I just downloaded a new tool from Microsoft Research that examines the social networking threads around e-mail. Called "SNARF" (Social Network And Relationship Finder), the tool promises to help users organize, categorize, prioritize and deal with e-mail communications. It's available here. More later as I play with it and use it to triage my Outlook inbox. A SNARF guide is available as well. There is also a community site for users to share experiences.
