Expertise Location: Don't Forget Process & Cultural Factors

We have probably all found ourselves in a situation where we knew there was somebody in the organization that could help us with a problem but we had no idea of how to find them. Over the past few years, as organizations deploy social tools, expertise location has become one of the more common solutions associated with "Enterprise 2.0".
