I agree entirely. Conversations about topics can span modes as well as long periods of time and are often buried in email inboxes.

I'm wondering if you had your magic wand, just how you would visualise it working. Some mix of multimedia Sharepoint/Blog/RSS Reader tech, any other special sauce?
