Excellent work. The second image, in particular, hits home for me. It gives us a way to measure our progress from the lower boxes (disfunction) to the upper boxes (nirvana). It seems that with a little research, even surveys, we can identify where our organization is along these four distinct pathways. Great job!


Concentric circles were where I was leaning - like a solar system, or a radar but in reverse, where discovery sometimes is followed by engagement and conversation and then if things go really well you share presence and messaging.

So, awareness outer ring through to solidarity on the inner ring. Relationships could almost have a graphical representation, nice one.
