This was the best take-away point for me: "An enterprise environment is not the same as a consumer environment."

People use social tools differently than they do enterprise social networking. While we can learn a lot from Facebook, etc., we shouldn't try to simply recreate those environments into the enterprise.

The enterprise culture and psyche will determine how concepts like gamification, mobile, etc can be implemented in the enterprise - if at all - and it will be different for each organization.
